RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing OnlyGifts. We are committed to providing quality corporate gifts, promotional products, and customised logo printing services.

As most of our products are customised based on customer-provided requirements and specifications, each order is specially processed according to the customer’s request. By confirming an order, making payment, or approving production details, customers acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

Customised Orders

OnlyGifts provides customised product services, including but not limited to:

  • Logo printing;
  • Customised product sourcing;
  • Special product requirements;
  • Customised packaging (where applicable).

As customised products are specially processed according to customer requirements and cannot be resold to other customers, confirmed orders are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable once:

  • The order has been confirmed;
  • Logo files and production details have been approved; or
  • Product sourcing or production has commenced.

Payment & Deposit Policy

Any deposit, advance payment, or payment made towards an order shall be considered non-refundable once order processing has commenced.

Order processing includes but is not limited to:

  • Product sourcing;
  • Sample confirmation (if applicable);
  • Printing preparation;
  • Production process.

Customer Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all order details before production, including but not limited to:

  • Logo files;
  • Logo placement;
  • Printing details;
  • Product specifications;
  • Quantity;
  • Colour;
  • Size;
  • Packaging requirements.

Once the customer has approved the order details, OnlyGifts shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions provided or approved by the customer.

No refund, re-production, or compensation will be provided for issues caused by customer-approved information.

Order Cancellation

All cancellation requests are subject to approval by OnlyGifts.

If an order has not entered the sourcing or production stage, OnlyGifts may review the cancellation request and determine any applicable charges based on the work already completed.

Once product sourcing, printing, or production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.

Product Variations

Customers acknowledge that minor variations may occur during the manufacturing and printing process, including but not limited to:

  • Colour variations;
  • Printing position differences;
  • Material texture differences;
  • Product size tolerances.

Such variations are considered normal industry standards and shall not be regarded as product defects or grounds for refund, return, replacement, or compensation.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If customers receive products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery;
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues; or
  • Significantly different from the approved order specifications,

customers must contact OnlyGifts within 7 days from the date of receipt and provide supporting photos or evidence for verification.

After reviewing the case, OnlyGifts may provide, where applicable:

  • Product replacement;
  • Replacement of affected items;
  • Partial refund;
  • Other reasonable solutions.

Delivery Timeline

All production and delivery timelines provided by OnlyGifts are estimated timelines for reference only.

OnlyGifts shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services;
  • Suppliers;
  • Customs clearance;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such delays shall not be considered grounds for order cancellation, refund, or compensation.

All matters relating to refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, and product disputes will be reviewed by OnlyGifts based on the circumstances of each case.

OnlyGifts reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing the details of each case.
